TRPA Trail Feasibility Study https://www.westshoretahoetrail.com/ TOC joined the outreach team to deliver stakeholder webinars and survey feedback analysis. The 2023 Study examined the constructibility of the multi-use trail segment along the lake’s southwest shoreline from Cascade to Meeks, which the SR89 Corridor Management Plan has determined as a high priority need.

Valhalla Tahoe (Tahoe Tallac Association): TOC wrote a NPR grant that was awarded to the nonprofit for marketing efforts and she also generated a 4:1 ROI in press coverage.

Tahoe City Lodge Community Revitalization Project (Kila Tahoe LLC) earned unanimous approval by TRPA and Placer County via a successful stakeholder engagement process to navigate the project through the court of public opinion to achieve decision maker approval. The outreach team developed/executed the communications campaign to include project website, informative brochure, public events, presentations, press and governmental relations.

Edgewood Tahoe Lodge & Water Quality Improvement Project, Edgewood Companies: TOC helped develop/execute a successful strategic communications platform to earn unanimous approval from TRPA, City of South Lake Tahoe and two Counties. TOC delivered stakeholder outreach components to include event and door-to-door neighbor relations for Bonanza community park, yellow cress planting effort and layers of stakeholder engagement.

CA State Parks, Upper Truckee River Restoration & Golf Course Project https://restoreuppertruckee.net/ TOC has contributed outreach support to execute the public information and stakeholder engagement components such as website, collateral content, multiple site tours, and press relations. The project is currently gearing up for the TRPA EIR/EIS public and regulatory review process.

Tahoe Resource Conservation District, Stormwater Funding Partnership:  To bring forward a strong coalition of multi-jurisdictional community leaders to problem-solve stormwater challenges, TOC assisted with strategic planning, government relations, community partnerships, presentations and meeting facilitation to navigate across several counties, agencies and political districts.

Tahoe Rim Trail nonprofit: TOC conducted consumer research and competitor audits to help the nonprofit deliver a stronger brand identity; she created a strategic marketing with communication execution templates, and edited both communications materials and board presentations.
